Delicious Brownies

Brownies is a baked dessert crossed between a cake and a soft cookie. It comes in a various forms. The variation can make by brown sugar and chocolate bits. Brownies developed in 19th century and popularized in U.S. and Canada in the first half of 20th century. Brownies can be eaten with milk or coffee. Brownies are common in lunch boxes and popular in restaurants and coffee shops. This is a popular item in children’s menu and in elder’s too. Here is the recipe of brownies given.


  • White butter-1/2 cup
  • Powder sugar-3/4cup
  • Honey- ½ cup
  • Flour- ½ cup
  • Baking powder- 1 and a1/2 tea spoonful
  • Vanilla essence-1 tea spoonful
  • Coco powder- ½ cup
  • One pinch of salt
  • Chopped cashew nut-1/2 cup

Directions: Mix white butter, powder sugar and honey all together. Blend eggs one by one then add flour, salt, coco powder and cashew nut. Pour the mixture in a tray and sprinkle cashew nut for garnishing. Bake it in a moderate heat for 10-15 minutes and your delicious brownies is ready. Enjoy!

Baby Potato Curry

Baby potato curry is an Indian vegetarian menu and popularly served as a delicious, spicy side dish. Potato plays a significant role in the regular Indian meals and the use of “baby potato” makes your dish even tastier.

To make a yummy baby potato curry, you need boiled baby potatoes, boiled peas, tomatoes pureed, grated onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger and garam masala.

At first, roast the baby potatoes; take a frying pan and mix ginger, garlic and chilies to make a fine paste. Take a separate kadai to fry onions till it turns brown. Add garam masala, haldi, chili powder, dried coconut, salt and sugar to your taste and fry till the oil separates. Add the roasted baby potatoes and the tomato puree to give your finishing touches to the dish.

Mix well, garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot and enjoy its awesome taste!
